Active learning is focused on the process of learning holistically. Teachers will be encouraged to use a greater variety of methods to teach the faith and receive inspiration to overcome the barriers to change.
There isn’t much to learn, there is much to unlearn.

MANAGING ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
This presentation is designed with current theories and methods of organizational development including systemics and quantum management. Leaders can make difference in the future of their church through prayer and intentional planning. Systems thinking encompasses a large body of methods, tools and principals, all oriented to looking at the interrelatedness of forces, and seeing them as part of a common process. In a culture where rapid change and innovation are essential for growth and productivity, churches can benefit from this powerful planning process. Systems thinking helps leaders to act strategically upon the deepest values of their faith.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND SYSTEM THINKING
Passion, Vision, Stress and Frustration, powerful forces pull at us and shape us for 24-7-360 (hours, days, and directions). This is an exciting time for Christ’s Holy Church, It is a shifting tide for the organizational church. Kurt will help us explore the Mental Models, Emotional Systems, and Learning Disabilities that so easily entangle us. The Spirit is calling us into a life of unconditional love. This is a time to thank God for our incredible journey of faith. It is time to celebrate church work.
